By accessing or using any billing, invoicing, or related services provided by chesapeakes (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

chesapeakes provides billing, payment tracking, and related back-office tools and integrations (collectively, the “Service”). We are not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor. Actual movement of funds is handled by third-party providers you connect to the Service.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing & Fees

We may charge subscription fees, usage-based fees, and other charges as described in your plan or order form. Unless stated otherwise:

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all due amounts.
• We may suspend or limit access to the Service for unpaid or overdue amounts.

5. Your Data & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the customer and billing data you add to the Service. You are responsible for:
